Summary

I worked at the Carphone Warehouse as Configuration Management Expert. The objective was to design the CMDB data model in accordance with the deployment of ITIL based processes. Date 2007/2008
I worked as Principal IT Service Management Consultant from 2005 to 2007 in the UK for FOX IT Ltd. I am a recognized Configuration Management Expert.
I have a Manager Certificate in ITIL (Red Badge), ISO20000, COBIT for the processes and strategies, HP Openview, Remedy and other ITSM Tools for the technical side.

Michel is specialized in IT Service Management (ITIL Manager Red Badge and ISO2000 certified). 
His professional roadmap started with HP where he performed in the different areas of services from consulting, training, project management, outsourcing, technical, functional and organizational expert. 
IT Asset Management, Configuration management and Software Asset Management constitute his main areas of expertise that he has developed for more than 15 years in major accounts.

Configuration Management Expert
In 2007, he joined The Carphone Warehouse in the UK as Configuration Management Expert. His role was to define the strategy for the CMDB implementation in accordance with all the other ITIL based processes. He established a new and innovative CMDB Data Model taking in account the diversity of all the processes and the Virtual environments as well the Service Oriented Architecture requirements.

IT Service Management Consultant
In 2005, he joined Fox IT Ltd in the UK as Senior Consultant in IT Service Management, architect and project implementer in large and complex environments

Project Management and Outsourcing
Michel is self contained and attracted by challenging projects. Creative, inventive as well as rigorous with important technical and best practices knowledge, he always says present to new and complex situations. He continuously keeps an eye on new technologies and methods for his customers.
Being a good listener of his customer needs allowed him to design, sell, create and implement innovative services. He constantly develops his coaching and mentoring skills as he manages numerous large projects since its outsourcing experience back in 1993. He worked recently for a well known service provider for a large outsourcing contract with the UK Government and acted as Programme Manager leading a team of 10 Project Managers and Operations Managers

Product Marketing for EMEA
In 2000, he joined Remedy Corporation as Product Marketing Manager for EMEA and ITIL expert in charge of internal/external ITIL evangelism with cross cultural experience.
This position allowed him to travel extensively in Europe and North America to work in close relation with the labs as well as intervening on the closing of critical deals throughout the EMEA. He studied the competition on both marketing and technical aspects and this allowed him to get a broad view of best practices both on the customer and service providers stand point, not limited to the Remedy products. He was in charge of communicating with analysts and journalists and assists the marketing during events, conferences, webcasts and tradeshows. As an ITIL expert, he mentored Remedy consultants, supported and evangelized the sales force. He participated in the development of the Remedy ITSM product suite and its localization in Spanish, French, Italian and German.

Configuration Management Expert
His recent project with a big utility company in the UK has made him a recognized expert in Configuration Management. He has excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. In 2006, he spoke at the Help Desk Show, the itSMF conference and other regional meetings. In 2007, he spoke at the Service Desk Show in London. He also works on the definition of Software Asset Management standard with the BSI and Fox IT. He got a certification in IT Service Continuity Practitioner in 2007.

Michel is a creative, self-motivated, committed and entrepreneurial individual. He makes things happen, irrespective of the challenges and the complexity of the assignment.
